HOW TO CRAFT
In a cocktail shaker, add berries & muddle
Add all other ingredients to shaker
Dry shake vigorously with no ice
Add ice & shake well again
Double strain into a coupe
*using both a Hawthorne & fine mesh strainer
Dust with cinnamon
Garnish with a raspberry & blackberry on a cocktail pick & a torched lime round
INGREDIENTS
1 oz Zaya Rum
1/2 oz White Rum
3/4 oz Lime Juice
2 Blackberries
1 – 2 Raspberries
1/2 oz Allspice Dram
1/4 oz Simple Syrup (2:1)
1 Egg White
Ice (for shaking)
Cinnamon, Berries & Torched Lime Round (for garnish)
