Nordés Gin
Nordés is Galicia’s very own premium gin, which was created as a celebration of its native land and has quickly become a revolutionary gin, taking the familiar to the next level with its authentic feel and exquisite flavour.
The history of Nordés, began with a group of friends and a dish of octopus. Whilst enjoying this traditional Galician delicacy, a renowned sommelier, a Galician winemaker and a master distiller began to imagine a Galician gin which would be made using local ingredients and be truly different from other gins. After much trial and error, they finally found the perfect combination of ingredients, which captured the essence of Galicia, a different flavour which is a breath of fresh air and is revolutionising the world of gin as we know it. Its fresh, aromatic yet well-balanced character make it a unique gin.
APPEARANCE: Crystal clear
NOSE: Hibiscus and mint.
TASTE: Less juniper and more floral with an open palate.
FINISH: Clean, refreshing, and very unique.
