40 ml Dictador Amber,
2 tablespoons bartender roasted apples,
40 ml of apple juice,
15 ml of the syrup cinnamic,
20 ml lemon juice,
20 ml of egg white
In a dry shaker shake the egg white and then pour the rest ingredients. Then gently rub the kaffir leaf just to let go aroma and throw it into the cocktail. Shake with a large amount of ice and pour into chilled glass cocktail.
