40 ml Dictador Amber,
2 tablespoons bartender roasted apples,
40 ml of apple juice,
15 ml of the syrup cinnamic,
20 ml lemon juice,
20 ml of egg white
In dry shaker shake the egg white then add all other ingredients and fill it with plenty of ice. Shake with all your strength then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Put three drops of Angostura on the foam, with a gentle touch paint three hearts with Angostura.
