Ingredients

· 40 ml Cubical gin

· 80 ml smooth, high quality tonic

· A fresh Buddha’s hand

· Lime

· Ice

Preparation:

Fill a glass with ice and stir to cool well. Serve the Cubical gin. Add a little peel of Buddha’s hand. Squeeze a small piece of lime over the ice and wipe around the rim of the glass. Finally add the tonic
